This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
You know, my friend showed me your work the other day and then just now i found your work in the DD's. i'm just wondering, where did you learn to do this? because this would be beyond incredible if you simply figured out the technique on your own!! everything you do is so amazing/beautiful/inspiring/SO TEENY AND CUTE!!!/etc.!!! and also, how long does it take you to make it? (if you don't mind telling that is. XD

Die Zukunft gehört jenen, die glauben an die Schönheit ihrer Träume. Danke meine Freundin für alle die sie mir gegeben haben.
I'm pretty much completely self taught, I started off just making pretty bad quality stuff for my dollhouse when I was like 6. Then I got a book by sue heaser called fast polymer clay which has some basic polymer clay projects in it. I still wasn't very good at making anything advanced at that point, but I got better at basic skills like shaping the clay and mixing colours. Then about 2 years ago, I started looking online at miniatures. I basically did nothing but look at pictures of miniatures on (mostly Japanese) blogs for about 6 months, and after that, I found that somehow, I'd actually got a lot better at making miniatures which sounds really weird but it's true. I think that all the pictures showed me how to shape, colour and texture the clay in a realistic way. if you start at the beginning of my gallery, you can see how much I've improved quite drastically in a short amount of time! I've also been baking for pretty much my entire life so I knew how baked goods are made, which I find ridiculously helpful when I make minis because sometimes, the miniature sculpting process mimics the actual way to make the baked goods themselves, plus I know the texture of the food. On average, I spend about 2-3 hours making something, including baking times and getting distracted by whatever t.v. show i'm watching . Thanks, I hope this was helpful!
